The prices are per night per person. The total cost of the room, in each case, and throughout the year, may not exceed € 60. City tax of 3,50 euro p.p. day off (max 10 days).

CHECKIN-CHECKOUT:

The check-in is scheduled for 15.00 hours, the checkout to 11:00 am. The apartment has no reception open 24 hours on 24 and 7 days a week 7: Guests are kindly requested to inform at info@appiorediroma.it the precise time of arrival and departure a few days before to allow us to welcome and greet you in the best way. If the room is available, you can check-in and check-out between 11:00 and 15:00 at no additional cost. However, the check-out after 19:00 has an extra cost of 30 €.

CONTRIBUTION OF RESIDENCE:

As in all large cities (New York, Paris, Barcelona and many other great European capitals), the city tax is due. It helps Roma to provide its 24 million tourists a year a better and more efficient. The contribution is € 3,50 per person per night (for up to 10 nights) and must be paid on the spot. The contribution requested from all the hotels and B & Bs in Rome.

THE ROOM:

Guests will have the keys to the room. The entrance to the room is independent from the rest of the apartment. Guests can then enter and leave the room at any time. It 'may not permit third persons to sleep in the apartment, or take advantage of its services.

Upon check-in, guests will receive a password for the Wi-Fi and directions on the correct operation of existing facilities in the room.

BREAKFAST:

Guests of the B & B have breakfast in the room. At the time of the daily cleaning of the room is restored the equipment necessary for the use of such a meal.

THE SORT OF ROOM AND LINEN:

The reorganization of the room (remake bed, clean bathroom and bedroom) is carried out daily. The linens (towels, sheets, etc..) Is changed after three/four days. The time in which to make such a reorganization must be agreed with the structure.

OTHER RULES:

Pets are not allowed in the structure. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace for guests' use.
